Service Terms for "1-Day Home Maintenance & Repair"

Specialty materials (such as paint, drywall sheets, trim, lumber, etc.)
All specialty materials should be on-site and ready before work begins. If needed, I’m happy to pick up items from a nearby hardware store — the cost of materials will be added to your invoice, and shopping time will count toward your 8-hour workday.

Important Booking Guidelines:

All necessary materials must be on-site and ready to go, or readily available from a nearby store on the same day.
Your booking includes one continuous 8-hour workday, so we’ll plan the project list to make the most of that time. Work will wrap up at the end of the 8 hours.
No partial days, split days, or prorated rates.
If your task list is finished before the 8 hours are up, any remaining time is forfeited (no carry-over). However, I’ll be happy to continue working if you find any other tasks that can be completed with the leftover time.
